We’re looking for a Senior Odoo Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and deploying Odoo applications. As a key member of our technical team, you’ll lead projects, design scalable solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure we deliver high-quality business applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules and features based on business requirements.
- Write clean, high-performance, maintainable Python code.
- Integrate third-party tools and systems using Odoo APIs.
- Build and customize reports using QWeb.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Assist with deployment, testing, and ongoing support of Odoo applications.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and version control protocols.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Odoo framework.
- Strong understanding of core Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, and Manufacturing.
- Expert-level Python programming skills.
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including writing queries and stored procedures.
- Proficient in Git for version control.
- Good understanding of Odoo API and integration techniques.
- Experience with QWeb for building reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Techno-functional background is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with various software development lifecycles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to frontend technologies (JavaScript, XML) within Odoo.
